Managing Real Estate transactions remotely, the full-time Global Real Estate Project Development Manager will oversee lease negotiations, acquisitions, and asset management while providing strategic guidance for future growth. Key responsibilities Lead Real Estate transactions across various segments and functions in the designated region Manage relationships with multiple vendors and suppliers in the Real Estate market Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding Real Estate needs and maintain lease administration systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; degree in Finance and Real Estate preferred 12 years of related business experience, including 5 years in Project Management 4 years of Real Estate Lease Administration experience 4 years of Real Estate Contract Negotiation experience Advanced degree preferred
