Property Pros Marketing runs paid search for real estate investors across the country. We are looking for a senior Google Ads operator to take full ownership of our client accounts and run them at a high level with very little oversight. This role is for someone who already thinks in conversion value, bid strategy, and signal quality. You can open an account, see what is working and what is not, and know exactly what to do next. You get real autonomy, modern tooling including AI, and a founder who trusts deep expertise and stays out of your way. We measure our work by the deals clients close, not by clicks.
