Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as performing imaging procedures while supervising staff. Ability to lead and motivate a team Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Thorough understanding of protocols and ability to adjust as needed. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Flexibility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Pursue continued ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with advancements in radiologic technology. Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program and completed required clinical hours. Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience OR graduate of Bachelors degree program Certification/Registration: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists-Radiography (ARRT(R)); Basic Life Support (BLS).
