A leading regional specialty distributor of building materials is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence and support continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader looking to make an impact while building a long-term career with a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing a high-volume distribution operation, leading teams, improving processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Management experience within the building materials or distribution industry
- Experience leading a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or branch operation
- Strong understanding of operations, customer service, and sales support
- Ability to optimize logistics, trucking, and freight processes
- Experience managing warehouse functions and inventory control
- Knowledge of P&L management, purchasing, and operational improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills
