About the Role
The Client Experience & Operations Coordinator is the welcoming connection between our guests, practitioners, and shared wellness environment.
This role combines front-of-house hospitality with daily operational coordination. You will help ensure that guests feel welcomed and informed while supporting communication, shared-space scheduling, and the organizational details that keep The Wellness Haven running smoothly.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates professionally, follows through on commitments, and understands the importance of confidentiality and consistency.

- Support collaboration among independent practitioners while respecting each business’s autonomy.
- Follow confidentiality, communication, and shared-suite standards.
- Exercise sound judgment while respecting role boundaries and established policies.
- Demonstrate reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Our Ideal Team Member
We want someone who understands that the small details matter: remembering a guest’s question, communicating a change promptly, catching a scheduling conflict before it becomes a problem, and following through when something needs attention.
