Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist develops and executes digital marketing strategies that support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness across Altorfer's business divisions. This role manages digital advertising, email marketing, website content, marketing automation, social media, and search engine optimization initiatives. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the specialist helps plan and implement campaigns that support equipment sales, rental, parts, and service growth. The position analyzes campaign performance and customer data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and maximize marketing effectiveness. Success in this role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, project management, and strong collaboration across teams.

Basic Duties

• Assist in marketing responsibilities that support the company’s growth and development plans, overall image, and brand enhancement, build preference and awareness, improve customer experience.

• Manage the company’s websites including Altorfer.com, Altorferag.com and CatRentalStore.com

• Oversee Livechat, Hubspot and other digital marketing tools

• Manage the company's social media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

• Implement paid social media advertising

• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools

• Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns

• Decide on appropriate placement of ads and what content will reach customers

• Research advertising trends, competitors’ pricing, and products

• Develop projects to create content

• Publish digital marketing content online

• Implement email marketing campaigns

• Measure digital traffic and Google Analytics

• Scale campaigns to maximize ROI

• Monitor project status and budget

• Collaborate with other team members for strategic communications, creative services, social media and digital media planning and execution in support of marketing objectives.

• Execute keen attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and inaccuracies

• Processes and files invoices properly and accurately

• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies

• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads,

• Strong knowledge and experience of all different digital marketing channels, online marketing tools and best practices

• Proven record of successful budget management and management of advertising channels to meet target KPIs thresholds necessary for the businesses’ success

• Critical thinker and problem-solver

• Strong analytical skills

• Experience in agency relationships and management

• Highly creative yet process-driven and relies on data to make decisions

• Strong project management skills and experience working in a deadline driven work environment

• Proven experience evaluating and negotiating media placements

• Team player

• Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies

• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality

• Positive attitude and desire to work as a team player, yet also able to work independently and with limited supervision at times

• Must be team oriented and willing to adapt to change.

• Must have a valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

Working Conditions:

This position works in an office environment, greeting all customers and visitors that come into the building. There may be times when you may need to go out into the service or warehouse area and will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields). May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone, transfer calls to the correct destination and write or use a keyboard to communicate through email. Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 20 lbs.
