Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, home health aide work, hospitality, or cleaning services is a big plus, but not required! What You’ll Do Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes Work as part of a team delivering high‑quality, reliable home cleaning services Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home Earn tips for providing excellent service Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role) Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly This Job Is Perfect If You: Have experience as a caregiver, home health aide, housekeeper, janitor, or in hospitality Value teamwork and consistency Like staying active and working in different homes each day Take pride in attention to detail and a job well done Appreciate having clear processes and expectations Are eager to learn and grow in a supportive workplace Enjoy helping people and making a difference in their day Job Requirements Authorized to work in the United States Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching) Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday Ability to communicate with customers High School Diploma or GED Clear background check Valid drivers license and clear driving record Ready for a Fresh Start?
