Delivery Driver Full Time

As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy, you will deliver prescription orders and products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company-provided vehicle. Responsibilities Deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company-provided vehicle. Provide timely and accurate delivery of medication, equipment, products, and supplies to long-term care facilities or patients’ homes. Load products and materials and manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately. Maintain vehicle and alert management for maintenance issues. Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met, including adherence to HIPAA to protect patient confidentiality. Maintain highest professional and ethical standards and demonstrate ethical conduct at all times. Follow all applicable government regulations, including Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required. Possess geographical knowledge of the service area. Current, valid driver’s license in the state at the level required for the vehicle’s operation. Flexibility required for nights and weekends. Ability to drive for long periods of time. Previous experience as a delivery driver (limo driver, taxi/bus driver, courier, gig‑economy worker) is preferred, but not required.
