Retail Assistant Manager in Training

Buckle in Ann Arbor is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests while supporting store operations, merchandising, and daily tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team.
The role encompasses training Teammates, leading by example, and preparing for the Store Manager’s absence. It is a clear progression from AIT to Assistant Manager with higher-level responsibilities and performance expectations.
