자기주도적인 일을 원하시는분, Holistic care 에 관심이 있으신분, routine schedule 원하시는분 환영합니다. 환자 work load 는 around 15 patients 이고, field visit 은 2주마다 하시지만 Random admission &On-call triage visit 있습니다. Field 나가지 않는날은 documentation, staff and family communication 위주로 case manager work 하시면 됩니다.간호사(RN) 면허 필수
근무시간은 Mon to Friday: 9AM-5PM 입니다. Experience 에 따라 Payrate 조정해 드리며, 경험 없으신분 training 해드립니다. Looking for a Hospice RN Case Manager in the LA area. We welcome nurses who value: self-directed work, holistic patient care, and a stable, routine schedule. Job Description: Registered Nurse (RN) License Required Manage approximately 15 hospice patients. Patient visits once every 2 weeks Remaining workdays will be office-based case management work Occasional admissions or on-call triage Minimal travel, as most patients are located in nearby areas Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: Pay rate will be based on experience, Training will be provided for nurses without hospice experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Radio KoreaVacancy posted 2 days ago
