Maintenance Technician – DIRECT HIRE

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have strong PLC, electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting experience, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Work with PLCs, drives, motors, sensors, and control systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency

Skills & Experience:

✅ PLC and electrical troubleshooting experience

✅ Knowledge of drives, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics

✅ Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment

✅ Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

✅ Preventive maintenance and root cause troubleshooting skills

✅ Experience with high-speed manufacturing equipment preferred

✅ Injection molding or thermoforming experience is a plus

✅ Maintenance leadership experience is a bonus

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Hickory, NC.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
