Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to understand clients' concerns, defining clinical diagnoses accurately.

  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and needs of each client, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
