Manufacturing Engineer
Our client, a global manufacturer of commercial equipment, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will support Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality. The ideal candidate is collaborative, analytical, and driven to improve processes. Unique manufacturing environment: Low Volume, High Mix
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Central Michigan Pay Range: $80K to $85K + Bonus
What's the Job?
- Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Support new product launches and process development.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
