Senior Caregiver Opportunity
Senior Helpers of Dayton is looking for caring, dependable, and compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the Yellow Springs, Ohio area.

Pay and Benefits
Earn up to $16 per hour, depending on experience. Flexible scheduling based on your availability. Part-time and full-time opportunities. Immediate openings across a variety of shifts. Additional shift differentials:
- Weekday nights: +$1/hour (6 PM6 AM)
- Weekend days: +$1.50/hour (6 AM6 PM)
- Weekend nights: +$2/hour (6 PM6 AM)

Job Responsibilities
As a caregiver, you will help clients feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their own homes. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting seniors with personal care needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients with assigned Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the care team
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to helping others
- Previous senior care or caregiving experience is a plus, but a caring attitude is essential
- Ability to commit to at least 20 consistent hours per week to support continuity of client care
