Job Summary:
A Labor and Delivery (L&D) nurse is needed for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at a healthcare facility in Springfield, Massachusetts. This position involves providing specialized care for women during childbirth and the postpartum period, supporting safe and positive delivery experiences.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or higher, at least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing, and the ability to work in Springfield, Massachusetts.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in neonatal resuscitation (NRP), certification in neonatal identification technologies, experience in high-volume labor and delivery units, and familiarity with electronic fetal heart monitoring (EFM).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves managing laboring patients, assisting with deliveries, postpartum care, and ensuring patient safety in accordance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
