Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical unit. This position is based in Weatherford, TX and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment.

General Information

• Shift Details: Nights
• Assignment Length: To be discussed during the interview
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend; details to be discussed during the interview
• Call Requirements: As needed; details to be discussed during the interview
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

• Patient Ratios: To be provided
• Unit Staffing Description: To be provided
• Type of Equipment: To be provided
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: To be provided
• Floating Policy: As needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical-surgical setting
• Must Have: Proficient in Meditech

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional advanced skills in a medical-surgical environment

Dress Code

• Scrub Color: To be provided
• Nail Policy: Clean, natural nails; no artificial nails or gel
• Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors; hair must be pulled back if longer than shoulder-length
• Tattoos: Must be covered whenever possible
• Piercings: Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited
