Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted in a fully remote setting, allowing for convenient access to our outpatient services. Our team operates primarily from home but is united through regular virtual meetings and collaborative practices, ensuring ongoing communication and support among colleagues. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the unique mental health needs of each client and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques and approaches to address various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to provide a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Engage actively in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in evolving therapeutic practices.

• Regularly evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. Your focus will include individuals facing a range of emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Being culturally competent and responsive to the unique needs of each client is paramount. Building rapport and establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship will be key aspects of your daily interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an active license/certification in the state of California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health support to individuals managing emotional difficulties.

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect and communicate effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred, though not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
