Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking an Onsite Staffing Coordinator for one of our valued clients in Waxahachie, Tx.
The Onsite Coordinator acts as the direct liaison between a temporary staffing agency and a client company. They manage daily workforce operations, handle check-ins and scheduling, process payroll, and ensure workers comply with safety regulations directly on the client's premises.
Salary/Full-time position: $47,840-$54,080/yrly
Key Responsibilities
Onsite coordinators wear many hats to keep warehouse, manufacturing, and corporate operations running smoothly:
- Onboarding & Training: Conducting orientation, issuing PPE, and verifying training requirements before workers hit the floor.
- Timekeeping & Payroll: Approving hours, auditing daily punches, and preparing data for invoicing.
- Attendance & Retention: Handling shift check-ins, tracking attendance, addressing performance issues, and coaching staff.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitoring the work environment for OSHA compliance, accident reporting, and client policy violations.
