Pediatric Outpatient Speech-Language Pathologist - SLP

Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity at a reputable pediatric clinic in Anchorage, Alaska.
- Flexible schedule; set your own hours as long as patient needs are met.
- Caseload of approximately 20 pediatric clients, all 1:1 sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech staff.
- Opportunity to build relationships with clients and their families.
- Provide diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning services.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care and treatment goals.
- Educate and support parents/guardians.
- Possibility to take on supervisory and SLPA management responsibilities.
- Consistent documentation and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($90-135K+), including salary stiped and pay-per-session models.

Qualifications:
- Master s degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome).
- Alaska license or eligibility.
- Previous experience with pediatric populations preferred.
