Pay: $20–$30 per hour (based on experience)

In this role, you'll help build a variety of concrete structures by setting forms, installing reinforcement, pouring and finishing concrete, and supporting our construction crews on commercial and residential job sites. What You'll Do

• Set and strip concrete forms
• Install rebar and other reinforcement materials
• Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete
• Smooth and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Assist with concrete placement, grading, and site preparation
• Measure and verify elevations and specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Clean, lubricate, and perform basic safety checks on equipment
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions
• Travel occasionally to nearby job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to kneel, bend, stand, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow construction specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concrete finishing or concrete construction experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Forklift certification
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience operating construction equipment

Schedule

• Full-time
