Assistant Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to take on an important role within our team. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning of the team. Support the implementation of programmes and initiatives that promote positive behaviour. Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members to facilitate continuous improvement. Engage with clients and stakeholders to foster strong relationships and ensure their needs are met. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to work under pressure. Passion for promoting positive behaviour and supporting individuals in their development. Nice to have Experience in behaviour management or educational settings. Relevant certifications or training in behaviour analysis. Familiarity with various behaviour modification strategies.
