Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored therapy strategies that support their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Exercises: Employ evidence-based approaches to foster improvements in patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with a Multi-Disciplinary Team: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide a well-rounded, integrated approach to patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers through therapeutic practices that enable sustained progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical results and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients maintain their path to recovery.

Education

• A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• A commitment to continued learning and professional development through workshops and certifications

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification must be obtained
