Location: Wilmington, OH What You'll Do
- Guide new hires through onboarding and employment requirements
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Conduct outreach and follow-up communication
- Match qualified candidates with career opportunities
- Utilize CRM and recruiting technology platforms
- Support client satisfaction and business growth
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using technology and digital systems
- Organized, motivated, and results-oriented
- Interest in recruiting, sales, account management, or workforce development
- Staffing, customer service, recruiting, or sales experience is a plus
