Healthcare Recruiter (In Office)
We are a private recruiting agency located in Sarasota, FL specializing in healthcare recruitment. Our team is dedicated to connecting top-tier healthcare professionals with exceptional opportunities, providing personalized and effective recruitment solutions.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position is in office, this is not a remote position
- Monday Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday 9:00am to 1pm
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client needs.
- Utilize CRM/ATS systems to manage candidate pipelines and client interactions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Experience with CRM or ATS systems is preferred (Crelate experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
