Job Title: Unwind Operator

Schedule: Thursday – Saturday, alternating Wednesdays, 5:40 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire About the RoleKelly Services is seeking a dedicated Unwind Operator to work closely with our Coater and Facer Backer Operators at our Brentwood, NH, location. You’ll play a critical part in producing high-quality products that meet our customers’ specifications, with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operations in accordance with all company safety standards.
• Use proper raw materials and ensure substrate quality.
• Work closely and communicate with the Coater Operator regarding any operational issues or changes.
• Inspect equipment before and during shift, ensuring everything is clean and operational.
• Record operational data accurately, including calculations for raw materials.
• Participate in safety and quality programs, as well as routine housekeeping.
• Monitor and report product quality, addressing any non-conformance.
• Provide backup support to coater/facer backer operators.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Follow all environmental, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Engage in process improvement and team learning opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Manufacturing or process-related experience (preferred).
• At least 18 years old.
• Must remain drug-free and have schedule flexibility (overtime required).
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and data entry skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (read, write, speak, understand).
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 40 lbs, exposure to noise, temperature variation, etc.).
• Willing and able to become forklift certified if needed.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, labeling systems, SAP).
