Sr. Food Safety Supervisor Date: Apr 30, 2026 Location: Loves Park, IL, US, 61111 OVERVIEW WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Working Relationships Reports directly to the Quality Manager Strong collaboration with the rest of RDQ team and leaders of other functions Manages salary and hourly direct reports Provides subject matter expertise to the core team Key Roles (including but are not limited to) Assist and lead Audits (FSSC, Non-GMO, and internal audits) Develop and maintain food safety plans Hosts bi-annual (twice a year) management review Monitors and communicates compliance related losses to functional areas Oversees cleaning/sanitation procedures regarding food safety Enhanced knowledge of policies, procedures and programs Ensuring programs comply to regulatory and company requirements Collaborates with continuous improvement activities related to food safety Develop capabilities within the team Assists in providing budgetary planning information Supports change management Review equipment to meet food safety and sanitary design requirements WHAT WE OFFER At Perfetti Van Melle, we are committed to fostering a welcoming workplace, where all individuals, regardless of background or identity, are valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives to the sweet success of our candy-loving community.
