Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) are needed for the 2026-2027 academic year to deliver essential speech and language services onsite within a collaborative school environment. Key Qualifications:

• Maryland SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) will be considered
• Experience providing speech and language therapy in school-based settings is strongly desired
• Ability to work onsite at various school locations; please include your ZIP code in your application for assignment purposes

• Strong commitment to supporting student success in a diverse academic environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and direct treatment of speech-language disorders for K-12 students across different schools
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapists, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication and academic outcomes
• Monitor and document student progress, completing all necessary records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Participate in meetings with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Travel between multiple assigned school locations as part of the role

This contract begins August 10, 2026, and runs through June 9, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. Only onsite candidates (SLPs or CFYs) are currently being considered.
