Building Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician License) - Berlin, CT

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Five years related commercial and/or industrial experience in electrical system installation, repair and maintenance required as well as strong attendance record and proven track record of positive work performance. A valid and current Connecticut E-1 or E-2 license is required.


POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Individual will perform skilled maintenance, installation and repair work on both the buildings and building electrical and other equipment and building systems. Duties include: Making scheduled tests and inspections, performing preventative maintenance, determining necessary repair/maintenance work on building equipment and fixtures including but not limited to electrical circuits, overload protection devices and outlets, refrigeration equipment, controls, and lighting systems, etc.; Performing skilled work in connection with the installation, removal, operations and maintenance of the buildings systems and other related physical plant systems is required.
