(New Orleans, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Welders for factory-type production work. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates interested in developing their welding skills in a structured manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties:
• Perform repetitive welding using Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) processes.
• Weld metal components according to established procedures and production specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, production requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.

Requirements/Skills:
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; previous welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of welding processes and equipment is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and perform FCAW welding.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a production team.
• Previous factory, manufacturing, fabrication, or welding experience is helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods while performing repetitive welding tasks.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and work in various positions as required.
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required by the job.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding hood, gloves, and protective clothing.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, fumes, and metal dust.
