What You'll Do

• Provide routine and complex nursing care within the Cath Lab setting, following established protocols and standards
• Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment side effects
• Document patient history, treatments, and care provided accurately
• Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and health management
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in call coverage including STEMI call (16-20 days out of 6 weeks) and on-call duties during weekends (3 weekends out of 6)
• Support quality improvement initiatives and maintain clinical competency

What You Need

Required:

• Current BLS and ACLS certification (AHA only)
• Valid RN license in Texas or a compact state
• At least 1 year of RN experience in a related clinical setting; new graduates accepted with onboarding
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Critical Care experience, especially in cardiac or Cath Lab units
