Are you ready to build a business of your own?

The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving Albany, Leesburg, Camilla, Sylvester, and the surrounding Southwest Georgia communities.

As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office.

This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required. We provide licensing training and cover pre-licensing fees.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a plan for agency growth
Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
Build lasting client and community relationships

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
