Contract | Days | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting as the primary focus of the role
• Flex to acute care coverage as needed, including weekends and holidays
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with established plan of care and professional standards
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (local candidates are not accepted)
• Resume required at time of submission
• Ability to start within 3–5 weeks preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
• Prior experience in both outpatient and acute care settings
