Position Type: Permanent
Specialty: Physician - Surgery - Orthopedic
Location: Ashtabula, OH
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:00 PM + On Call

Position Details:
Patient Population: 100% Adult
Setting: Outpatient Clinic, Hospital, Surgical Blocks
Responsibilities: General orthopedic care, clinic and surgical procedures, inpatient coverage, shared call coverage
Required Procedures: General Orthopedic Procedures (fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, injections, spine and extremity conditions)
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 1 Nurse, 1 Receptionist
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: On Call 10 days per month

Submission Requirements:

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery - Required
OH License (or willing to obtain), BLS & ACLS - Required
Orthopedic procedural experience - Required
NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) - Required
