You will drive throughout assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, document observations, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $22.74 / Hour

DayTime Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to motorists, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of highway facilities, access points, parking areas, toll-related infrastructure, and surrounding perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor traffic conditions, access control points, and restricted areas; report incidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate emergency services and site representatives as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while maintaining professional communication with the public and client personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
