Social workers facilitate communication and care coordination along a continuum through effective transitional care management. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required qualifications:Master's Degree in Social Work.Coursework/Training in All LCSWs must follow the guideline by Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health for LPS designation and keep their designation in current status.Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License Within 18 months of hire: Designated as Behavioral Health Clinician to perform 5150 evaluationsWithin 1 year of hire: CPI certification (nonviolent crisis intervention training)2 years of Healthcare related setting with psychiatric mental health patient population in area of service, preferably in an inpatient setting.Computer experience.Preferred qualifications:Discharge planning experience.Why Join Providence?
