Guest Care Coordinator Responsibilities The Guest Care Coordinator ensures that every one of those moments is handled with: Clarity Ownership Compassion Efficiency This Role Is Critical To Guest Satisfaction Retention Reputation Continuity of Care Position Summary The Guest Care Coordinator, commonly referred to as a patient services coordinator in general healthcare/hospital settings, supports individuals who are actively receiving care at Rebis by coordinating their ongoing needs and resolving questions quickly and completely. This role is built on the OHIO Principle — Only Handle It Once.
