Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Marion, VA. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be expected to provide a variety of massage services, including general Relaxation Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Cupping, Hot stone, and any extra modalities are welcome with definite Certification. Such as, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, delivering personalized massage treatments, maintaining a clean and professional work environment, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and well-being. Qualifications Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Relaxation Massage Strong skills in Stress Management, for creating tailored treatment plans Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive and comfortable client experience Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace Time Management skills Valid License or Certification as a Massage Therapist in the state of Virginia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety standards in a massage therapy environment Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, as well as up to date CE's Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $30 - $50 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
