Longwood Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (RN) to lead our clinical team and help deliver exceptional end‑of‑life care to patients and families throughout Massachusetts. This leadership role is ideal for a hospice professional who is passionate about quality care, team development, regulatory excellence, and supporting patients with dignity and compassion. You will oversee all clinical operations, mentor nursing staff, lead quality initiatives, and work alongside an experienced leadership team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
