Remote Care Manager — Medicaid Services & Client Advocacy

Abound Health NJ is seeking a Care Manager to join our team in New Jersey. You will report to the Program Director and support individuals with New Jersey Waiver Services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance. This remote role is open to NJ residents.
