Treasurer - Part-time

Terms of Employment This is a 10‑month position for 4 hours per day. The position is not eligible for benefits. Purpose Provides accurate and timely accounting entries to maintain an accurate account of building finances, supplies, and equipment. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Proven computer usage experience, typically obtained through 1 to 3 years of work. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to interact with staff, school officials, and various stakeholders. Proficiency in telephone etiquette. 10‑key adding machine experience with proficiency in statistical typing. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to follow up independently and meet deadlines. Accurate math skills. Teamwork, flexibility, the ability to handle interruptions, and confidentiality. Minimal travel required; personal transportation is required to drive to the bank daily. #J-18808-Ljbffr
