About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Advancement to join its team at a pivotal moment, following a period of significant growth in fundraising results. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a new strategic vision for the Advancement division, with a focus on building and sustaining robust systems and operations. This role requires a leader who can foster a collaborative culture, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and provide critical leadership in all areas of fundraising. The VPA will also play a central role in shaping the future of the institution and must be prepared to serve as a key member of the President's Cabinet. The ideal candidate for the Vice President for Advancement position at the company will be a strategic thinker and a builder, capable of architecting and executing a fresh vision for the division. A strong background in fundraising, as well as experience in team management and mentorship, is essential. The role demands a leader who can work closely with the President and other Cabinet members to ensure the continued success and growth of the institution. A deep commitment to the values of academic excellence, affordability, and meaningful service is also a key requirement for this position.
