Assembler

Assembler Position located in Indianapolis. Responsible for assembling components of Von Duprin safety devices, ensuring precise adherence to blueprints and quality standards. What You Will Do Rotate through multiple stations on a shift to maintain maximum alertness and efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure speed and accuracy on the assembly line. Assemble components accurately and quickly to approved specifications. Verify connections for quality control, document discrepancies in an assembly log. Follow safety guidelines within the manufacturing floor and assembly stations. What You Need To Succeed High School Diploma or GED required. 3 months manufacturing experience required; 6 months assembly experience preferred. Basic math and communication skills. Experience with quality inspections/Total Quality Checks. Familiarity with power and hand tools; training provided if needed.
