Staffing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) in accordance with budgeted PPD and staffing requirements. Manage daily staffing operations, including callouts, schedule changes, and replacement staffing. Communicate staffing needs and coordinate coverage with employees, agency staff, and department managers. Monitor attendance, tardiness, overtime, and labor utilizations. Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding. Prepare staffing reports and provide labor data to facility leadership. Promote a positive work environment through professional communications and excellent customer service. Staffing Coordinating Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or equivalent Active WA NAC license without enforcement action Previous experience working in a LTC setting PREFERRED Ability to speak, understand, read and write in English Caldera Cares for you!
