Production Shift Manager

Houston, TX / On-Site

Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00

Primary Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Execute operations per H.B. Fuller policies and procedures.
• Achieve production targets for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize assets.
• Lead product scale-ups and new product introductions.
• Identify and resolve issues using structured problem-solving.
• Manage shift-level inventory and ensure accurate ERP data entry.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance.

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-shift operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, organizational, team building and development and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflict and drive results independently
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of chemical plant operations and regulatory compliance.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00-$90,000.00.
