Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Warehouse Team Lead in Monticello, GA. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading a warehouse team, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

In a Warehouse Team Lead job you'll be responsible for:

• Supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Training, coaching, and motivating warehouse associates to meet productivity goals.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and ensuring proper documentation of materials.
• Promoting and enforcing safety standards, policies, and procedures.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
