Speech Therapist Home Care

MedStar Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide home-based care to adult patients in St. Mary’s County. In this role, you will perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing evaluations; develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans; and educate patients and caregivers to support independence and safety at home. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals across our regional health system, benefit from robust training and career development, and contribute to our mission of patient-first, community-focused care.
