Brake and Tire Auto Technician

Job Summary As a Brake & Tire Technician, you’ll be expected to perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires and performing: Technician services, such as routine inspections/maintenance Basic mechanical repair for brake pads/calipers/rotors, tire installations, and wheel alignments If you’re joining us in an entry-level position, we offer training programs to make sure your skills and pay progress along with the company. Qualifications Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to an MVR check. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold) Use of safety equipment that may include, but not be limited to, face shield or goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment. Additional Technician Roles Entry‑Level Auto Technician (minimum 6 months professional experience): perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and/or conduct initial inspection on vehicles. Brake and Tire Technician (minimum 1 year professional experience): perform light maintenance or repairs, including changing brakes and tires. Mid‑Level (Mechanical Repair / Build / General) Technician (minimum 3 years of professional experience): perform light to medium automotive repairs and minimal diagnostics. Experienced Technician (minimum 5 years of professional experience): perform extensive repairs and heavy engine work, as well as advanced vehicle diagnostics on all makes and models, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
