Stock Associate

The Stock Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of our client fulfillment needs. They are responsible for assisting with merchandising stock in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands.

Hourly Rate $17.00

Responsibilities

1. Receive merchandise from vendors and other stores and put them in the proper location on the shelves
2. Check off merchandise as received
3. Correct mistakes found on the inventory count sheet
4. Assist in pulling parts during busy times
5. Clean up inside/outside the warehouse
6. Work with stock manager to address any problems with orders
7. Resolve problems with how the warehouse is stocked
8. Miscellaneous projects
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Time management skills
• Able to work well under pressure
• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
• Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
• 1-2 years stocking experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
