Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders; document responses and administer care within scope of practice
• Monitor residents’ health status, identify changes, and report findings to the supervising RN
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide comfort measures to residents
• Perform routine nursing duties including vital signs, wound care, and routine treatments; maintain accuracy in charting
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; adhere to infection control and safety policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; communicate effectively with residents and families

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
• Ability to work 3x12 night shifts
• Willingness to commit to a 9-week travel assignment
• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass standard background check and drug screen per policy
