Your Mission

Turn contracts and established standards into exact, buildable documents—every line purposeful, every plan compliant. This is a technical drafting role focused on plan accuracy—not architectural design.

What Success Looks Like

• Construction-ready drawings created from executed sales contracts and approved standard plans
• Floor plans, interior elevations, and site plans drafted and revised using company templates
• As-builts, lot fits, and community site plans kept current and organized
• Redlines from Construction, Engineering, and Field teams applied quickly and correctly
• CAD standards, blocks, and libraries maintained for consistency across releases
• Thorough checks completed before plans go out the door

What You Bring

• 2–5 years of hands-on AutoCAD drafting experience
• Fluency with redlines, construction documents, and builder standards
• Reliability under deadlines and production targets
• Proficiency in AutoCAD plus Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
